- Simply select a plan above. You'll be prompted to create an account, complete your payment via Stripe's secure portal, and then you can immediately start posting your first incentive-based listing.
- What is the Individual Licensee Policy?
- All pricing is per individual licensee. Agents may only list properties where they are the primary listing agent of record. Attempting to list properties belonging to other agents is a violation of our terms and will result in an immediate and permanent platform ban.
- How do you verify listings?
- Cross-references against public real estate databases and local registers are used to ensure professional legitimacy and address alignment. Unauthorized listing attempts result in immediate account termination.
- How does the billing work for Agent Flex?
- Agent Flex is billed at a flat rate of $29.95 per listing per month. You will be billed monthly for each active listing until you choose to cancel it. There are no long-term contracts, and you can cancel anytime directly from your dashboard to stop future renewals.
- How does the billing work for FSBO Listing?
- The FSBO listing is billed initially at $99.99 for your first 3 months of platform exposure. After this promotional 90-day period, the plan automatically rolls over into a monthly subscription at a discounted rate of $29.95 per month until you mark the listing as sold or cancel your subscription.
- What is Social media sharing?
- Equare allows property profiles to be shared seamlessly on social media. These shared posts are designed to lead with the financial incentives of your listing while providing full property information and a verified deal path for interested buyers.
- Can I upgrade my plan later?
- Yes! You can upgrade to a Pro or Annual plan at any time. We will apply any unused portion of your current plan toward your upgrade.
