EQUARE is not a real estate brokerage. We do not represent buyers or sellers in a fiduciary capacity, nor do we participate in the negotiation of real estate contracts. All transactional agreements remain between the licensed representatives and their clients.

Not an MLS

EQUARE is not a Multiple Listing Service (MLS), nor are we affiliated with any specific MLS system. While many properties featured are also publicly listed on various MLS systems, EQUARE operates strictly as an independent advertising layer.
